All content included in documents (either physical or downloadable) made available through the Acumen Shop is the property of Acumen Business Services Ltd and/or the document’s author or publisher and is protected by copyright laws.
E-books and other downloadable products
By making your purchase the copyright holder grants you permission to print one hard copy of the e-book for your personal use. Replication in any other format or unauthorised distribution of our e-books is prohibited under our copyright.
Books and other physical products
We will normally dispatch your order within 4 to 5 working days of notification of payment. Actual delivery times will be dependent on the postal service in the UK and/or overseas. When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches the specified destination for which we are not responsible.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (books or other physical products) you may return the goods unopened or in an “as new” condition with a covering letter within 30 days. We will replace the goods or give a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Product reviews
Visitors may post reviews on our product pages provided the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or edit such content at our sole discretion. In posting a review, you grant Acumen non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt or publish the content of said review, in part or in full, in our marketing literature, including the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we so choose.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
